Part of the ongoing Confluence series, this painting develops the series’ visual language through the gradual accumulation of organic forms. A calm, uninterrupted ground contrasts with the layered relief, creating a dialogue between relief and negative space.
Subtle iridescent blue and brass respond to changing light, changing the interaction with each viewing. Remaining intentionally open to interpretation, the viewers develop unique relations from different angles at different times.
